Features and Capabilities

How does the AI assistant work?+

AI assistant learns from your company's knowledge base: policies, procedures, FAQ. Employees ask questions in chat, AI responds instantly in their language. If AI doesn't know the answer — request is automatically transferred to HR manager. AI improves with each request.

Can pulse surveys be customized for our company?+

Yes! You can create custom surveys with your own questions, or use our ready templates (eNPS, engagement, burnout). Configure frequency, audience, languages. Real-time results with AI insights.

How does leave management work?+

Employees submit leave request in one click through the app. Request automatically goes to manager for approval. After approval, leave is added to calendar. Automatic reminders about balance, date conflicts, company policies.

Is there a mobile app?+

Yes, we have mobile apps for iOS and Android. Employees can ask AI questions, submit leave, read news, view metrics. Everything same as web version, but always at hand.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes! We give 14 days of free access to all Teamnety features. No credit card, no automatic charges. Try all features and decide if the platform suits you.

How is pricing calculated?+

Price depends on number of employees and selected modules. Base price: $2-5 per employee per month. Discounts for annual payment and large teams (500+ employees). No hidden fees — everything is transparent.

Can I change plan later?+

Yes, you can upgrade (add modules) or downgrade (remove modules) at any time. Changes apply from next billing period. We're flexible and understand that business needs change.

Security and Privacy

Where is data stored?+

All data is stored on secure servers in Europe (AWS Frankfurt or Google Cloud Europe). We comply with GDPR and all security standards. Data is encrypted in transit (SSL) and at rest. Regular backups and security audits.

Who has access to employee data?+

Only HR team and managers (with configured access rights) see employee data. Personal requests (leave, questions) are visible only to employee and HR. We never share data with third parties without consent. Full transparency and control.

Are there security certificates?+

Yes, we have: ISO 27001 (information security), SOC 2 Type II, GDPR compliance. Regular audits from independent experts. All certificates available upon request.

Implementation and Support

How long does implementation take?+

Basic setup — 1-2 days. Full implementation with team training — 1-2 weeks. We provide a personal manager who helps at every stage: from setup to launch and user training.

Is technical training required for users?+

No! Teamnety is intuitive. Most users figure it out in 5-10 minutes. We provide short video tutorials, guides and onboarding tours in the app. For HR team — detailed training and materials.

What support is available?+

We provide: Email support (response within 4 hours), Live chat (business hours), Knowledge base and video tutorials, Personal manager for Enterprise clients. Support in Ukrainian and English.
